Master of Laws in Commercial Law from USP and LL.M. in Corporation Law from New York University. He has also completed specialization courses in Corporate and Succession Strategy and in Mergers & Acquisitions at the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EDESP/FGV – GVLaw).
He served as an intern at Departamento Jurídico XI de Agosto, the legal aid office of the XI de Agosto Academic Center at USP.
He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – OAB) and of the New York Bar.
