Felipe Marin
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political and Economic Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where he also earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper-SP. He has worked in the legal departments of asset management firms operating across a range of strategies, including private equity, equities, wealth management, real estate, credit, and hedge funds. He also served in the legal department of a major financial conglomerate, providing legal counsel to its private banking, asset management, and distribution businesses. He took part in significant regulatory reforms and, between 2015 and 2016, was a member of the Wealth Managers Committee and the Equity Funds Committee of ANBIMA (Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais – Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association). He is currently a member of the Regulation Committee of ABVCAP (Associação Brasileira de Private Equity e Venture Capital – Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) and of the Compliance Committee of ABBI (Associação Brasileira de Bancos Internacionais – Brazilian Association of International Banks).
